1 in 4 Saturdays: 10:00-1:00pm

The role in a nutshell
  • Facilitating with the lettings front office dealing with face to face; telephone; email enquiries and referencing
  • Renewals
  • The referencing process; drafting and executing tenancy agreements
  • Carrying out Right to Rent checks and ensuring processes have been completed in a timely manner
  • Assisting Lettings Negotiator with viewings as required
  • General administration duties
  • Assisting with the management of the property portfolio including all property maintenance issues
  • Taking incoming calls from tenants and landlords, relating to property maintenance issues
  • Cooperate with landlords and contractors for works to be carried out on properties
  • Take out inventories; property inspections; check-ins and check-outs on TouchRight
  • Arrange gas safety certificates; legionella testing, EPC's and all other legal documentation to ensure that all managed properties comply with current legislation
  • Manage the diary to ensure all reminders; gas safety inspections, property inspections and tenancy renewals are completed on time
  • Report findings on property inspections to the landlord and arrange remedial works and/or follow up visits.
