Our well-established client based in the Tamworth area are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

* Manage a team of 10 customer service advisors.

* Manage all complaints whilst adhering to the relevant policies and procedures.

* Conduct training for the team as well as appraisals and disciplinaries.

* Process customer complaints in a timely manner.

* Implement systems to process complaints.

* Be the point of escalation for various complaints.

* Support the team and offer guidance.

* Monitor customer engagements via social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have proven management experience within a similar role.

* Have FCA knowledge.

* Have experience of managing a team of staff.

* Be able to work within a fast-paced, busy environment.

* Have a good work ethic to motivate the team.

* Be patient and able to work well under pressure.

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday
