Role: Reception Manager (permanent, full time)
Salary: GBP26,000 (plus GBP1,300 service charge)
Location: Nr Basingstoke
Hours: As required
Live in accommodation available if required
An Reception Manager you will be required to provide traditional hospitality and service excellence, offering a warm welcome to guests, while achieving agreed sales targets by a pro-active approach to existing and potential guests
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure the highest quality of guest service standards are adhered to by the Front of house teams as per the understood expectations for a 4 Red Star Hotel.
- To ensure that all new Front of house staff receive a comprehensive induction with sufficient time spent in other departments to enable them to fully understand how their role interacts across departments
- To ensure that Standards of Procedure are continually updated to match any changes and to ensure that staff are adhering to them
