Our client, a well-established asbestos consultancy is urgently looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Basildon area. The ideal applicant will hold the P402 certificate and will be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveys on a range of site types. Applications will be considered from Wickford, Fobbing, Dunton Wayletts, and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications & Experience:
The applicant must have the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Previous experience working as a surveyor within the asbestos industry.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Full knowledge of the current asbestos Health & safety legislation and procedures.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.
Role:
Conducting Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial, industrial and residential properties.
Collating and producing accurate asbestos survey reports.
Maintain a good working relationship with the company's mixed portfolio of clients.
