HR Administration Manager
Location: Datchet
Job type: Permanent
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000
Days/ Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00am-17.00/17.30pm
Tru Talent are looking for an HR Administration Manager to join our client an ever growing Cleaning company who was founded 34 years ago and is still owned by the founders. The need for this role is the HR Administrator to have full responsibility for pre-employment screening, vetting and re-vetting of employees across the company.
This is a truly exciting time to be part of a rapidly growing HR function where no two days are the same and having a good sense of humour is key!
Duties and Responsibilities of the HR Administration Manager:
Pre-employment screening
Vetting and re-vetting of employees across the Company
Right to work checks and continued compliance
DBS checks and continued compliance
Identification checks
Process Management and Development
Compliance with vetting standards (including BS7858, BPSS and CTC)
Coordinating induction of new employees
Audit Lead
Ad Hoc Project Work
Coach and mentor team members
The skills you need as the HR Administration Manager:
Proven ability to manage a team is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skill for communication with all levels of staff within the organisation
Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities whilst keeping to tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail
Experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level)
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Supportive and creative solution provider, with the ability to think outside the box.
