Team Co-ordinator - Regeneration and Development

Salary: £21,000 per annum

Hours: 37 per week

Contract: Permanent

Based: Barnstaple, North Devon

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to be involved in the provision of new housing at North Devon Homes.

The main responsibilities of the role will be preparing and completing reports and submissions on schemes being funded by Homes England (HE) being supported via Partnership South West (PSW) and other stakeholders where necessary; supporting the management of shared ownership and right to buy sales; and assisting with the management of commercial and leasehold properties and providing essential support to colleagues in the Regeneration and Development Team.

The role demands the ability to deliver an effective customer driven service, especially building and sustaining strong working relationships with key partners and stakeholders as well as colleagues across the Group.

You will need previous experience working in an office environment, strong administrative skills with a proactive and diligent attitude, to support the functioning of the team.
