We’re now looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our Client Services Team in Waltham Cross.
As our Customer Service Executive…
You will assist our clients with delivering POS material, fulfilling campaign orders, managing library stock and maintaining the platforms and systems that support these services. You will communicate by phone, email, and other messaging platforms, receiving orders and resolving customer enquiries. Other duties such as making outgoing calls and other administrative tasks are required.
What we’re looking for…
We’re looking for an individual who has a strong customer focus and who has experience of direct client communication. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will have the ability to project manage and feel comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines. With a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, you will have accuracy and attention to detail and have good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
