Senior HR Advisor

Here at Infinite Talent we're looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor for our client who're one of the biggest fulfilment businesses in the UK. The role is a 12 month contract covering maternity leave so we're ideally looking for someone who can start ASAP based in Sherburn in Elmet.

What will you be doing?

• Deputise for the HR Manager
• Provide advice and guidance and coaching to line managers on Absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, performance management, etc.
• Responsible for HR Management information to the customer and to site, utilising this data to drive site people plans
• Working with the L&D Team to coaching & upskilling of managers across all levels
• Development of succession plans for area and site
• Manage a full range of HR activities within the Employee Lifecycle including probation, starters and leavers
• Line management of HR Co-ordinator, Administrator and Receptionist, and providing support to HR Advisor as required
• Provide advice and guidance on Clipper Policy & Procedures
• Manage HR Systems including Time & Attendance through to Payroll
• Support Site Engagement & Charity/CSR Initiatives
• Compliance of HR Audits
• Support recruitment and selection through to onboarding
• Maintaining up to date Employment Law knowledge and manage risk of ER issues
• Support Training Manager as required
