We are looking for an administrative assistant to join a well established client in Belfast.
This role can be offered fully remote or you can join the team in the Central Belfast office.
This is a permanent role due to start immediately.
It is an admin heavy position, with some mixed HR and marketing duties:
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Manage/assist and co-ordinate all recruitment activity
- Maintain all HR records
- Set up meetings/interviews
- Full onboarding and offboarding
- All admin related to HR and recruitme
- Assistance with roundtables and events
- Being the point of call for all marketing related activitie
- Administration for all marketing related activitie
- With a very healthy mix of general admin and PMO support thrown in
This would suit someone with great organisational skills, communication skills and a desire to learn and develop.
