We are looking for an administrative assistant to join a well established client in Belfast.

This role can be offered fully remote or you can join the team in the Central Belfast office.

This is a permanent role due to start immediately.

It is an admin heavy position, with some mixed HR and marketing duties:

  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Manage/assist and co-ordinate all recruitment activity
  • Maintain all HR records
  • Set up meetings/interviews
  • Full onboarding and offboarding
  • All admin related to HR and recruitme
  • Assistance with roundtables and events
  • Being the point of call for all marketing related activitie
  • Administration for all marketing related activitie
  • With a very healthy mix of general admin and PMO support thrown in

This would suit someone with great organisational skills, communication skills and a desire to learn and develop.
