Accounts Assistant

Due to growth, Fruition IT are on the look out for a Accounts Assistant. This role will play a pivotal part in the smooth running of our finance function, therefore we are looking for candidates with previous experience working within a finance environment.

This is an exciting time to join Fruition as we are at the beginning of our growth journey and our sister business, Fruition Consulting, is just getting started!

We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multitask. Experience working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required and a AAT qualification is desirable.

Your varied role will include the following daily activities:

• Bank & company credit card reconciliations
• Processing of purchase invoices, supplier payment queries, and processing supplier payments
• Management of accounts receivable including but not limited to; credit control and inbound accounts receivable queries
• Assisting with preparation of management accounts including prepayments and accruals etc
• Processing of weekly contractor payroll & timesheets
• Be the main point of contact for all contractor timesheet & pay queries including manual timesheet approvals for the Consulting business
• Support with financial queries and generating reports
• Ad hoc support to the operations function
