Client Administrator

Full-Time, 12 Months Fixed Term Contract (secondment cover)

Salary: Competitive + Annual company bonus + Onsite parking

Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid work from home/office 2-3 days per week after training (Winnersh, RG41)

What will you be doing?

  • Main contact between field and Central Services - 1st line support for all field questions and queries on a day to day basis
  • Timely execution of administration processes
  • Processing and owning the new starter and leaver process by liaising with a number of internal stakeholders i.e Finance, Fleet, accounts and IT
  • Ensuring the field team have necessary equipment and information to complete the job
  • Inbox management and organisation of the field team requests
  • Providing line managers and colleagues with regular updates
  • Training portal, retailer accreditation reporting and backend management
  • Asset management ownership - managing over GBP100,000 of assets. Including asset issue recovery
  • Coordinating, Supporting and organising Regional, National Forums/Conference, assessment centres or general recruitment venues (whether in person or virtual).
  • Accountability and Management of all POS stored on or off site - coordination of deliveries and dispatches, and overall responsibility on ensuring the field have what they need to fulfil Customer requirements.
  • Maintaining systems to make sure that the field can access company systems as and when they need them - ensuring all personal data is maintained and kept securely, in line with GDPR and ISO requirements
  • Coordinating reward schemes for the field, ensuring everyone gets recognised for a job well done!
