Client Relationship Manager
The PXHub is a fast growing division of LSL property services who provide asset management services across the UK property industry for a variety of clients including Builders and property disposal companies
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Relationship Manager to join the team within the PX Hub whilst also generating some business development work for our younger business which is the SO Hub, which is Shared Ownership New Build Sales from our central team. We are interested to hear from anyone who lives within the South West/Central corridor of the country (South of Birmingham) or residing within Yorkshire, North West, North East or even Scotland. We would expect you to be in the office in Nottingham at least once a month, but a little more regularly at the start. For the rest of the time, it is a remote working from home opportunity with extensive travel.
To grow and develop the client relationships that already exist within The PX Hub as well as winning new business for The PX Hub & The SO Hub and contributing to the overall growth of the business. We are looking for someone who demonstrates outstanding presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to network both Group wide and externally. The role will suit individuals who are target driven, self motivated and who have previous experience of business development in the property sector or in a corporate environment, specifically with house builders.
Develop relationships with existing clients and new clients to ensure 100% client retention.
Self generate leads and engage with National House builders and Developers for The PX Hub and Housing Associations and Registered Providers for The SO Hub.
Promote LSL Land & New Homes, The PX Hub & The SO Hub within the LSL Group of companies.
Increase the number of clients/instructions for The PX Hub & The SO Hub.
Generate income and hit targets as set by the budget.
Self motivation, able to work along or as part of The PX Hub team.
Build up a comprehensive and effective key contacts database.
React to new client/development leads passed on by the LSL Land & New Homes colleagues.
Regular communication with developers and other clients in a structured format.
Continually review business plan to ensure targets are achieved.
Proactively approach client concerns and problem solve by utilising systems and speaking with case handlers.
Completion of monthly board report to be submitted to the Operations Manager
To provide excellent customer service adhering to service level agreement.
Experience and other requirements specific to the role:
Ideally previous experience in New Homes Business Development role
Ideally previous Estate Agency Sales Manager experience
Full knowledge of relevant legislation affecting the operation of residential and new home sales
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a varied audience and Business to Business selling
Have the ability to make sound business judgements and seek guidance when required
Have the ability to maintain good working relationships with other departments within the business and identify business opportunities available to the Group
Flexibility in working hours may be required sometimes at late notice, as business needs or shift patterns dictate
