Hybrid working (expectation of a minimum 2 days a week office based in Guildford)

Immediate start - 6 month contract

As a result of this exciting change, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our established team of internal recruiters on a 6 month fixed term contract.

We're looking for an experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running with strong recruitment networks, established resourcing tools and a creative and agile approach to sourcing niche and challenging technical roles.

As the Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to support the team in building their sourcing strategies to widen our pool of candidates, attracting talent from more diverse networks to support our EDI ambitions. You'll lead and manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, utilising innovative and traditional marketing channels, evaluating and measuring campaign success.

You'll be joining a welcoming and supportive talent acquisition team, representing a market leading brand.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll have:

  • Experience in an internal or agency environment as a Recruiter managing your own requisition load end to end (permanent / FTC roles)
  • Strong search capabilities, using various platforms and techniques to proactively identify talent in the market
  • The ability to quickly learn new business areas, new role profiles, and to connect strategy with transactional activity
  • Have the gravitas, credibility and influence to work with senior leaders, with a self-motivated work ethic.
  • Confidence and curiosity to open closed doors, to challenge requirements, to approach new ways of working and to actively promote our vacancies to passive candidates
  • Great problem-solving skills, that can contribute to our internal recruitment and talent attraction strategies.
