Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Sheffield
Salary: GBP29,000 + Shift allowance

The Role:
As the Production Supervisor, you will report to the Manufacturing Manager and will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the production floor on a two shift basis. This will include monitoring and organising workflow to work within the production plan and aiming to improve employee efficiency to maximise production output.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Identify any production problems as they arise and get them resolved in a timely manner.
Establish priorities to ensure the team works as efficiently as possible.
Reports on team performance to Manufacturing Manager.
Nurture cooperation and communication with the team.
Organise for the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment.
Implementation and maintaining Health & Safety standards ensuring a safe working environment.The Candidate:
Supervisory experience
Good communication skills
Positive and flexible attitude
Proactive
