Role responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, delivery, and development of the Traineeship Programmes for 16-24 year-olds.
Delivering specialist knowledge of Functional Skills Maths and English.
Actively engage learners in decisions that affect them, through involvement activities ranging from providing information, requesting feedback, consulting, to facilitating participation by the learner.

The person & qualifications:

Recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, PTLL's, DTLL's or equivalent.
Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering up to and including Level 2 Functional Skills.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working with young people aged 16 - 24 years.
