Tenancy Services Co-ordinator

Ashfield District Council has an exciting opportunity available for a Tenancy Services Co-ordinator to join our team based in Kirkby-In-Ashfield. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, we will offer you a competitive salary of GBP20,092 - GBP21,748 per annum.

The Tenancy Services Co-ordinator role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, and self-motivated individual to join our Housing Management and Tenancy Services Team. The role involves supporting the Tenancy/Estates Team with the delivery of a comprehensive, customer focused housing service. This involves dealing with a full range of housing management and estate tasks primarily in the office and over the phone.

This Tenancy Services Co-ordinator role is an ideal starting point for your career in social housing.

What we are looking for in our Tenancy Services Co-ordinator:

This post demands excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills and experience of working within an office environment and with the public within a customer service environment.

You will have a good understanding of social housing related issues and effects on customers, a good level of English and Maths along with extensive IT skills in all Microsoft Office Applications.
