Job Title: Property Manager
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP28,000
Location: Doncaster
A great opportunity for a Property Manager to join a growing and passionate company in Doncaster.
Suiting a highly motivated, organised individual who will be responsible for managing the company's property portfolio and liaising with tenants and landlords on a daily basis.

THE ROLE:
*Organise repairs and maintenance on the properties
*Liaise with contractors
*Arrange safety certificates
*Manage rental arrears
*Complete tenancy renewals and assist with viewings
THE CANDIDATE:
*Previous experience in a property manager role
*Lettings or estate agency experience
*A good time keeper, organised and an ability to prioritise
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*A keen eye for detail
*Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
*Competent computer skills
*Must hold a full, clean driving license
