We are looking for a Powder Coater to work at this busy Aluminium manufacturing facility based on the Braunstone Industrial Estate in Leicester. Using automated and manual paint guns we are looking for a meticulous powder coater to ensure a really high standard of work.
The role is part of the paint line team, you will be responsible for ensuring all PPC coverage is to the highest standard. There will be some aspect of manufacturing so we are looking for someone adaptable, who is willing to also work on production machinery.
Duties of a Powder Coater
To use a hand gun to cover any unpainted or touch ups as needed
Recording powder usage
Prepping powder guns ready to be used
Cleaning down of spray booth, pipes and all hoppers
Cleaning of used powder drums
Skills and Attributes required to become a successful Powder Coater
Experience within a powder coating industry
Must be able to work well as part of a team and independently
You must be a quick thinking individual with exceptional reading skills
Keen eye for detail

Working 12.30pm-9pm Monday-Friday
Although initially 7.30am- 4pm (while training)
Starting at GBP9.45 per hour GBP22,000 pa
Monthly bonus based on agreed targets
Enhanced Holiday plus statutory holiday
