Daisy Communications are recruiting for a Contracts Administrator. You will provide administrative support to direct sales colleagues covering leads, generating contracts and sending them internally or externally to customers. Resolving queries within a given time frame.
Location: Prudhoe
Salary: Up to GBP18,525
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30
Responsibilities:
* Monitoring team mailboxes for contract and web leads and processing as required
* Sending contracts out via e-signature and progressing these with our customers
* Administering web leads
* Creating opportunities and entering values for closed/won orders
* Resolving issues on order forms or with opportunities
* Liaising with internal colleagues and speaking to customers to resolve queries
* Working as part of a team against agreed framework, SLA's and KPI's
* Be vigilant for possible fraudulent activity and if necessary, raise a security incident report using the template accessible via the corporate Intranet.
* Periodically review Daisy Security Policies - centrally hosted on the Intranet - to ensure full compliance with current legal, regulatory and company requirements.
* Carry out any 'ad hoc' assignments as and when required.
* To be compliant with health and safety company policy and legislation.
Do you have the following experience?
* Previous administration experience desired
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Customer service experience
* Keen eye for detail and ability to check own work diligently
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word and Excel
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
* Ability to communicate effectively via email
* Must possess a tenacious attitude
* Able to work under pressure against set SLA's
