Our client a large independent car sales company based in Chelmsford are looking for a Digital Enquiry Manager. You will benefit from a GBP45,000 on target earning salary which will be part basic and part bonus.
You will be responsible for managing the Digital Enquiry team, handling all digital enquiries including those made through email, chats, etc. You will work closely with the Sales Manager in order to ensure the process of managing the leads is flawless.
You will need:
- Previous experience within a similar role desirable;
- Hands on experience of managing/leading a team;
- Knowledge of automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and ownership;
- Full, clean UK Driving licence;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Motivated and enthusiastic;
- High attention to detail;
- Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills;
- Time management skills and willingness to use own initiative;
- Ability to work within a high pressured, fast paced environment;
- Good knowledge of financing and basic mathematics skills
