The Role

Technical Project Development Managers x 2 (Sales)

One role to cover Central and South Scotland and one to cover North and Central England

These roles are all about building relationships with our Commercial customers and working with them to develop their projects. You will need to anticipate and understand their requirements and concerns whilst earning their trust, gaining their commitment to our products which in turn should lead to secured sales.

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated people with experience in the construction/housing industry or with an architectural background to join Scotframe. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our ambitious and well established Commercial Sector, Technical Sales Team. We will help you to learn all about our products to ensure you play a pivotal role in providing a first class service to our customers.

Scotframe manufacture and supply full timber frame housing kits in the UK to both individual and commercial clients being a market leader in closed panel systems used extensively for new build homes in Scotland and England.

Who are we looking for?

You must have experience in Sales / Estimating/Architectural roles preferably within the Timber Frame Industry
A relevant degree level qualified or equivalent experience is desirable
You should have the ability to identify opportunities, set priorities and achieve targets with good business and commercial awareness - preferably gained from a similar industry
You must have strong communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal and be able to translate technical language into simple terms
IT literacy in systems relevant to the role i.e. CRM, Excel, Word, AutoCAD, PowerPoint is essential
You must have a driving licence (as travel and overnight stays may be required)
