More About the Senior 3D Artist Role:

Calling all senior 3D Artists out there.

Your daily role will be liaising with creative team following and feeding into mood board generation. Then transitioning this into a 3D a fully realised designed, lit and textured Animated CGI set environments to aptly showcase our hero product ranges. Be they TV's to toasters.

Working on our online content you will apply your creative and technical art skills, using 3D assets created in house to craft market leading product review videos and Animated CGI rooms sets.

This role would really suit an experienced Senior 3D Artist with Animation experience. Studio or in-house experience is a must for candidates who would relish the challenge of joining an extremely fast paced and rapidly growing business!

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing As Our Senior 3D Artist:

Regularly reporting to the lead artist and 3d producer to ensure production aligns with brief. Ensuring key stakeholders are regularly updated on project status relaying any concerns along with subsequent remedial plans.

Mentoring direct reports and leading wider team as needed ensuring adherence to best practices. monitor and provide continued training of direct reports by way of PDP.

You will be responsible for ensuring render output is of the highest quality while referring back to ensure correlation to the design brief.

Monitoring and solving any technical render issues liaising with the lead technical artist as needed.

Modelling from sketches and reference photography , texturing, lighting, animating and rendering a variety of brand driven environments.

Working directly with creative team iterating CGI sets as needed.

A Few Things About You As Our Senior 3D Artist:

We are looking for someone who has studied Games, Architecture, Design, Art or Photography and gets genuinely excited about creating photo-real, detailed and accurate 3D models, materials and textures

passion for creating photo-real models and Images. Has experience coaching and developing junior members of a team

Minimum 5 years industry experience in all stages of production from storyboard to final render

Experience creating and executing animations

Experience in hard surface modelling high and low poly modelling experience

Retouching/ post production skills

Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experiencing leading teams and coaching artist

Is able to work under pressure to deadlines and multi task effectively, taking accountability for your own work

Experience using Maya, 3ds Max or other similar 3D packages

Experience in Vray or Corona.
