Maintenance Administrator
Headcount Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Administrator for a project at a client's biotech facility in Dublin. The role will support the technical aspects of engineering / maintenance activities and will include training and assisting CMMS planning, reporting generating, data and document collection, technical writing and data processing.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Training of site personnel on the use of the Computerised Maintenance Management System.
* Generate reports and metrics on maintenance systems management KPIs for multiple departments.
* Assist with work order management.
* Ordering of spare parts.
* Manage the receipting of vendor documentation.
* Assist in vendor scheduling and training.
* Complete accuracy reviews of the equipment records and maintenance plans,
* Collect information and write SOP's, route for review and approval via Documentation Management System.
* Write Training Documents / Manuals with input from equipment owners, engineers and vendors.
* Schedule and organise review meetings.
* Liaising with Engineering Document Management and assist with the maintenance of this system.
This person will be:
* Self-motivated with high attention to detail.
* Strong data entry skills.
* Strong communications, organizational and analytical skills.
* Strong understanding of standard software applications, MS Word Excel, Access and Sharepoint.
* Experience with using SAP or similar software.
* Desirable to have administration experience in an engineering / laboratory or manufacturing office.
