IT Project Manager

Salary: £41,722 per annum + benefits

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: 2 years fixed term

Based: Barnstaple, North Devon

Managing over 3,300 properties in North Devon, we are a registered charity providing affordable homes for people to rent and buy. We are genuinely committed to creating communities where people want to live and are continuously investing in our neighbourhoods.

You will manage and oversee the successful implementation and delivery of our IT projects - Civica Cx Integrated Housing Management and our move to Office 365 as part of our Corporate Plan and IT Strategy.

You will ensure the continuation of our successful implementation of Cx Phase 1 and support our new operating and working environment.

You will be responsible for pro-actively supporting the business and users to deliver of benefits of our continued investment in technology. You will lead on developing and empowering teams across the business to maximise effectiveness and efficiency of new technologies.

To be successful, you will need strong communication and people skills, complimented with a sound knowledge of IT systems and current business applications.
