Becoming a Jewson Merchant Trainee means that you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills within a branch environment, whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
In the role as a Merchant Trainee with Jewson, you will:
Undertake a Merchant Trainee scheme, demonstrating a professional approach at all times, and flexibility to work within the requirements of the scheme.
Work closely with the branch team to ensure our customers get the very best service.
Contribute to the effective running of the counter and warehouse, satisfying customer orders by picking goods and carrying out other general warehouse duties.
Deal with customer enquiries over the counter and phone.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as well as processing customer orders in a timely manner.
Attend any training event in line with scheme requirements.Am I who you are looking for?
