Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for a production operative to join our successful client based in the Pershore area. Our client is an established company for the UK food industry.
Pay rate: GBP8.91-GBP10
Example Various shift patterns
Days Regular - 6am- 6 pm ( flexible hours available)
Duties & Responsibilities - Production operative to work in high care, labor-intensive, the job is quite fast-paced with product changes throughout the shift.

?? Excellent work ethic
?? Good team working skills and good communication skills
?? Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
?? Previous experience not necessary, full training provided
