Do you have experience in presenting and selling both new, and existing maintenance service agreements to current and potential new clients?

The Role:
In the Service Sales Manager role you'll report to the Managing Director and will be primarily responsible for working across the East Anglia and Home Counties region. The successful candidate will focus on the sales of maintenance and service agreements to the end-user. You will have the opportunity to build on any existing customer relationships you may have, whilst driving new business across your network. You will be targeting service-driven opportunities within the division's services. You will develop, communicate, and implement a comprehensive plan to grow the company's portfolio.
Specific tasks include:
* All sales activities in assigned accounts or regions
* Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
* Following up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and telesales
* Developing and maintaining current client and potential new client relationships
* Preparing sales quotations based on site survey information gathered and follow up to close the deal
This position is based in the company's Essex office, so please ensure that's within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.
The Candidate:
To be the right person for Service Sales Manager role you will need direct experience of presenting and selling both new and existing maintenance service agreements to current and potential new clients.
We also need you to have prior experience of:
* Selling air conditioning service & maintenance contracts
* Selling products and equipment across different manufacturers
* Maintaining and managing quality of service delivery to assigned accounts
It's important that you also have the following:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A detailed working knowledge and experience, as well as an understanding of air conditioning contracting
* The abbility to develop and deliver presentations and portray a professional image
You'll also need to be the following:
* Able to maintain and manage the quality of service delivery to assigned accounts
* Able to prepare presentations, proposals and sales/maintenance contracts

The Package:
The basic salary for the Service Sales Manager role is between GBP40,000 - GBP55,000 per annum.
A company car will also be provided.
