Overview
- Managing client relationships, client strategy and the delivery of client work to exceed goals and expectations.
- Manage strategy and planning for high value accounts.
- Project Management using Teamwork (PM tool) and orchestration of all digital marketing activity for clients.
- Working closely with the Content Manager, Paid Media Manager and freelancers to deliver client work to high quality standards.
- Knowledge of inbound marketing, demand generation and ABM.
- Conducting weekly account calls with the internal team and monthly reporting calls with clients.
- Delivering client workshops.
- Working with clients on their advertising strategy including Google Ads, retargeting and paid social.
- Producing monthly client reports, analysing the data, providing meaningful insights and strategic direction for accounts.
- Updating all activity within the HubSpot CRM, communicating internally using Slack and joining team Zoom meetings.
- Experience using HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms
- Creating commercial opportunities with current clients to maximise revenue growth

- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a B2B digital marketing role (client or agency side)
- Knowledge of FinTech / Financial Services marketing (preferred)
- Project Management qualification (preferred)
