About You and your new role as the UK company's Recruitment and HR Partner

This is a brand new role for the UK part of this international company. They've grown from 3 to 30 people over the past few years and need your HR and recruitment expertise to nurture their existing team and also add new talented team members.

Your role is split between supporting both the global recruitment strategies as well as but supporting the HR operations for the UK team.

If you've only ever been a recruiter/agency recruitment consultant, this role likely won't suit you as we do need you to have some hands-on HR experience also.

If you have the following experience, skills and personality, we'd love to hear from you and discuss this new Recruitment and HR Partner role with you:

• Recruitment experience in house or agency

• HR experience also - ideally within a growing company

• You're a team player and understand how vital a proactive HR and recruitment person can be within a growing organisation

• Business partnership approach where the heads of departments and teams are your clients

• Excellent communication skills and you engender trust easily

• Highly organized in a fast-paced environment

• Experience using an ATS to source, track, and manage candidates.
