The Role

As a lecturer you will be part of a curriculum team, contributing to the growth and development of the Science programmes. This includes focusing on retention, achievement and student success alongside pastoral support, curriculum design / development and ensuring a high standard of quality provision is offered. You will teach predominantly on on Access to HE and GCSE Biology to adult students, with additional hours on vocational or A-Level provision and assume the role of personal tutor.

What we are looking for

You should possess a UK Honours degree or NARIC recognised degree in a related discipline and a recognised teaching qualification. You should also have a track record of success in teaching examination based Science and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

As an individual you will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
