Responsibilities:
Work closely with line managers and employees, providing them with expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities in order to ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management.
Manage investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters in conjunction with line managers.
Provide advice and guidance on individual employee relations cases.
Support all managers on Performance Management issues, including absence, conduct and Health & Safety.
Contribute to strategies and procedures to promote the health and well-being of employees.
Provide data and reports to the Management Team as required.
Support with the design and implement the Performance Development Review process.
Conduct job evaluations.
Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment and selection strategies as required.
Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data.
Liaise with Occupational Health as required and managing the process.
Respond to ad hoc HR queries on a day to day basis.
Cover for the HR Administrator as required
