General Labourer

GENERAL LABOURER urgently required for Immediate start.

Hours: 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday (some Saturday's dependent on volume of work).

Starting: 7am at office in Blandford.

Pay: Paid weekly in arrears, hourly rate dependent on skills/experience.

Status: Employed or Self-employed subcontractor (UTR no & CIS registration required)

Tools: Tools & works vehicle provided

Types of work we do include:

Roofing:

?? Single tile/slate replacement to complete new roof

?? Felt (Torchon) and GRP flat roofing, Sheet metal roofing and Polycarbonate sheet roofing.

?? Guttering, fascias and soffits - replacement, repairs & cleaning.

Building:

?? Full spec new builds

?? Extensions, garages, ground works, driveways, patios, concreting

?? Internal alterations, disabled adaptations

?? Bathroom & kitchen installations

Maintenance:

?? Pointing, brickwork, block work, rendering, cavity wall insulation extraction

?? Rendering, plastering, redecoration

?? Window replacement

?? Fencing
