We are looking for a Recruitment Branch Manager with plenty of energy who enjoys the sales aspect of recruitment, who has previously managed a team and has a desire to succeed; and also having extensive Industrial and commercial Recruitment experience either on site or in a branch.

The right candidate:
You will be an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Branch Manager who has worked in the Industrial or Commercial sectors and are looking to succeed in a new challenge. Are you: -
- From a recruitment agency background, with a minimum of 3 years of recruitment agency experience?
- Enthusiastic about providing a quality service?
- Excited about exceeding personal and professional targets?
- Proud of your superb relationship skills?
- A strong Business Developer
- An experienced people manager
Duties and requirements:
- To build client relationships and account manage clients.
- To achieve targets and adhere to agreed action plans
- To manage a team of 360 recruitment consultants
- To maintain existing customers and attracting new business to achieve targets
- To analyse business outcomes and report to the Directors as required
- To manage and develop an on-site team
- To provide technical customer support to existing and new clients
- To take responsibility for the health and safety of the branch and ensure compliance with legislation and company policies
- To offer good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
