Hales Group are seeking 4 Immunisation Team Administrators to work across Cambridge. This is a temporary position for three months.
GBP12.75 per hour + 45p per mile
Working hours flexible between 07:30-17:00, 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday

Main Duties:
Assist in the organising of school sessions, adding amendments to the calendar and notifying changes to the Immunisation Coordinator
Report low vaccine stock to maintain appropriate levels, checking expiry dates and recording wastage
Assist in management of filing systems, keeping accurate records and ensuring confidentiality is maintained
Assist in the delivery and collection of consent forms for schools, collating information, obtaining missing information and organise ready for triage
Coordinating the operation of the immunisation session in line with company policy and procedures
Collecting equipment and vaccines from office to school
Collate date and figures to report to the Immunisation Coordinator
A UK driving license is essential as is an Enhanced DBS, however the DBS can be applied for.
