Accounts Administrator
Temporary to permanent contract
Wrexham
GBP 10.00 per hour
The Role:
Administrator required to join a small team in ensuring the smooth running of the administration and finance function. The successfully appointed candidate needs be conversant with Sage 50 and have a track record of working in an office environment.
Duties
* Processing invoices on Sage 50
* Manage credit card reconciliation
* Answer customer queries via telephone/email
* Deal with debt collection
* Entering transactions onto sage
* Meet and greet site visitors
The Candidate:
The ideal Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:
* Working knowledge of Sage 50
* Demonstrable administration experience
* Strong I.T skills
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Attention to detail
* Team player - someone who is happy to go above and beyond for the team
The Package:
* GBP10.00 per hour
* Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
* Fantastic working environment
* Friendly work colleagues
