A local furniture company based in Droitwich are searching for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis working Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. The company themselves have been in their particular industry for over 20 years.

The day to day responsibilities of an Administrator will be:

Scheduling & confirming visits with customers and clients.
Updating internal systems throughout the day.
Liaising between Engineers and Customers to ensure smooth running of orders.
Receiving and directing phone calls throughout the day.
Other general Administration duties.The requirements for an Administrator will be:

Previous experience as an Administrator will be essential.
Be polite and confident on the phone, speaking with a good phone manner.
Effective planning and time management when dealing with customer and client visits.
Computer literate.
Ready and willing to work overtime If needed.The role of Administrator is working on a temporary - permanent period being paid GBP9.00 per hour with the potential of a permanent contract after the completion of a 12 week period.
