We are recruiting for the leading provider of out of school hours childcare for primary school children in the UK. This company continues to grow in size, quality and scope every year and are looking for someone who is passionate about children's play and activity.
As a PE Lead you will have control over the teaching of a wide variety of sports to children within a School/Area. You will plan programmes and lessons effectively within the company structure, monitor progress, inspire children and deliver effective and efficient classes for both breakfast and after school clubs. You will also have the opportunity to work in the holidays as part of activity and sport camps.
You will also be managing a team of leaders and assistants at your site. You will need to make sure the resources available to you are used effectively and your team are led well, inspired and have the tools they need to deliver outstanding sessions.
You must have a passion for play, physical activity and healthy lifestyles. You must also be able to take personal ownership for the delivery of the site's sessions and to effectively manage your own little business.
You may have a childcare or coaching background or qualification and are looking for your next step. You may be recent graduate looking for your first leadership role or possibly you are a Teaching Assistant in a school already and looking for more hours or more responsibility.
