Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager you will take responsibility for overseeing all aspects of preparing and executing the operation of events and functions within the Hotel.
You will work closely with the Meetings & Events co ordinator ensuring the smooth transition from the planning to the operation of events.
This is an exciting role for someone looking to progress to a senior events position.
