Salary: Up to £25,000

Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated Personal Assistant to provide executive support to multiple Directors across all areas of the business, ensuring they are effectively supported in their roles. The post is an integral part of the Corporate Support Team and will assist with a range of facilities management duties, ensuring that the Group’s prestigious Head Office promotes business growth.

 

They are looking for someone who is…

  • A self-starter and comfortable to think through available options, problem solve and flex their approach as needed to achieve the best outcomes, managing a varied workload with evidence of strong drive and tenacity to deliver outcomes
  • Able to manage multiple complex diaries confidently and effectively, ensuring the Directors’ time is maximised
  • Organised and efficient, yet able to remain calm and flexible and able to respond to changes in the working environment
  • Able to manage agendas and take minutes on behalf of the Directors to optimise outcomes from these meetings
  • An excellent communicator, able to build strong working relationships and influence all levels of the organisation
  • Proficiency and confident in the use of a range of IT systems including Microsoft Office
  • A team player with the ability to support the wider Corporate Support Team and others with enthusiasm, credibility and a commitment to our Vision and Values
