An Immigration Associate is wanted for an exciting Nottingham based opportunity with an award-winning Top 50 UK law firm delivering quality legal services to leading UK based businesses and multinational corporations. Their office is centrally located with great transport links and parking nearby.
As an immigration associate, you will be expected to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
- Support and manage a case load, dependent on experience, a variety of different matters including investor visas, extensions to entrepreneur visas and potentially Global Talent visas, EU settlement applications, indefinite leave and naturalisation, family related applications, skilled Worker visas and ICTs, sponsorship licence applications, compliance and right to work advice and issues
- Train clients on the above matters
- Work alongside the lead immigration practitioners in business development
