An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced qualified Solicitor to join this well established and highly regarded firm in Monmouth. The role will require you to manage your own caseload of residential sale and purchase files and also include some elements of commercial including landlord and tenant, acquisitions and sales and refinancing work.

Applications are encouraged from those who have residential conveyancing with the desire to undertake commercial property matters.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous case handling experience from initial instruction to post completion stages and will have at least 2 years experience.

This is a new role created due to the growth of the firm and will offer fantastic development and career progression opportunities with the option of partial homeworking if required.
