Love talking to Customers and resolving their queries? Are you available immediately? Pertemps are looking for Contact Centre Advisors to join a fast paced customer service department within the Public Sector.

We have a number of opportunities to work 37 hours per week, with a competitive pay rate of GBP10.01 per hour.
We have working days of Monday to Friday, and other opportunities that include some Saturday working. All roles will total a 37 hour week.
The work is entirely home based and you will be issued with any equipment that you require. You will need access to a fast, reliable broadband connection.
The role involves receiving high volume inbound calls from the general public regarding front line services, including Council Tax queries, refuse collection and Building and Planning.
We also have opportunities for Track and Trace.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with strong accuracy and attention to detail. You will have worked in a customer focussed role before and will have excellent IT skills, be comfortable with MS Office and work well under pressure.
You will have an excellent telephone manner, a clear and courteous speaking voice and be keen to answer queries and resolve problems.
