Our growing client with its UK Head office in Peterborough is looking to recruit an Italian Account Coordinator/manager on a fulltime permanent basis. Our client is launching its products into the Italian market on the 1st November in partnership with an addition company. You will be liaising with the new Italian clients to ensure they have a smooth onboarding process and deal with any customer issues, but you will also be required to try and upsell products and services as part of the role (not cold calling) as they are already using the product. All calls are B2B. You will also be responsible for all administrative duties relevant to the Italian Customers. A full job description is available for all suitable candidates

To Be considered for this role you MUST be fluent in spoken and written Italian and have an excellent telephone manner ideally some sales experience but that can be taught
The role is Monday to Friday based in Peterborough. Salary is circa 30k
