What you will be doing
As a qualified Registered Nurse, you will lead and inspire the nursing team as you provide high-quality care to people with learning disabilities and/or autism, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.
You will contribute towards the nursing services in the strategic planning for the service development and business plans, this will see you oversee workforce forecasting and planning, liaise with stakeholders, developing the clinical services and reviewing the achievement and retention standards.
No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

You will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with on call duties
Things that you will have:
* Experience as an RMN, RNMH, RNLD with 5 years post qualification experience
* Post Graduate qualification at degree level relevant to healthcare
* Management qualification (DMS or equivalent preferred)
* Presentation and leadership skills
* Workforce and organisational planning
* Budgetary and financial management

You will be working at Healthlinc House, a Learning Disability and Autism service is specifically designed to provide small group or single person environments, replicating an ordinary living setting.
With the multidisciplinary team, you will provide treatment and therapy to support daily living skills within the community to create an independent lifestyle.
The hospital service is a locked rehabilitation service, working in line with the Transforming Care Agenda to support people to receive the treatment/therapy to be supported in the community.
