Job Title; Machine Operator

Shift Pattern; 6am - 2pm/ 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am weekly rotating shift pattern

Our client is currently seeking Machine Operators for their busy production facility based in Market Harborough. This is a great opportunity to forge a career with a well respected, successful, international manufacturer.
The Role;
* Machine Operating
* Wrapping and packing finished products
* Counterbalance licence advantageous
* Working on and off the trucks transporting stock around the facility
* Quality checking goods to customer specification
* Inspecting materials for defects
* Encourage a culture of continuous improvement
* Assisting in other departments where necessary
The Candidate;
* Experience working with machinery beneficial
* Machine operating knowledge advantageous
* Have a flexible approach to work
* Able to work accurately and comfortable working to detail
* Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
* Willing to undertake training as required
