Are you a joiner with modular experience lookinig for your next contract?
You'll need ensure all modules are built, within advised timescales and inline with the overall manufacturing programme. To the quality standards expected and following the standard work instructions.
You'll be able to co-ordinate and communicate with manufacturing managers to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and practical manner. You'll be able to work alongside other trades to complete their works on time and for the division to meet is KPI'S and programme schedule.
Being a tidy worker is essential as is being proud of your work area.
Responsibilities:
To build module superstructure (floors, walls, and ceilings).
To install internal doors, woodwork, and IPS/Cubicles.
To weatherproof external walls.
To install roof coverings.
You'll be great at passing on your expert knowledge to the next generation.
Working alongside other trades within the factory and other departments is important too.
You'll need a CSCS card and have experience of joinery works within the modular manufacturing environment (preferred).
Qualification in Joinery/woodwork skills is great but if you have modular experience we still want to talk to you.
It goes without saying that you are a good communicator and get on well working as a team player.
Your attention to detail is important as is taking pride in your work.
