Successful Legal 500 law firm in Northampton is looking for a team manager for their inbound enquiries team.
If you have at least two years experience as a team leader of a small call centre then this is a superb opportunity for you to join this flourishing law practice. The successful candidate will be managing a team of 4 and will have excellent inter-personal skills. You will also be required to work alongside the Marketing Director to drive the forward the continued growth and development of the team.

Responsibilities
Manage the enquiries team
Ensure a professional service at all time
Monitor and report on the demand for new enquiries
Provide statistics on conversion rates
Provision of quotes to clients
Arrange appointments for fee earners
General reporting
Streamlining processes
The Candidate
Team leader with experience of leading a small call centre
Knowledge of best practice for the industry and inbound sales environment
Ability to multi-task and priortise
Ability to motivate the team to deliver high quality service
Have exceptional inter-personal skills
Self-motivated and a problem-solver
