We are an ambitious and innovative leader within the packaging supply industry and part of a large European group.

We are currently looking for a Receptionist / Company Administrator to join our Customer Marketing Team. This role would suit a proactive individual who understands the importance of being the first point of contact for visitors while also supporting an organisation with a wide variety of administrative duties.

What we would like from you:

We are looking for the successful applicant to be accountable for working with the wider business to provide a seamless service to both visitors and colleagues that enables the site to run smoothly and efficiently every day. This role is critical in ensuring a professional and high-quality approach is maintained across the site and at the start and end of a visitor's time with us in the building.

As such we are looking for someone with:

* Sound understanding of English and Mathematics (GCSE or equivalent standard)

* Good IT skills and understanding of Microsoft Office as well as experience with reception telephony systems.

* Professional, polite, friendly, and confident communication skills.

* Self-motivated with an ability to show initiative.
