Area Sales Manager - Decorative Cladding

A senior field sales role, promoting my clients leading range of decorative rain-screen cladding products, into national house builders and regional developers across the South West.

Package: GBP45k-GBP48k basic + 20% uncapped OTE (40% with over-riders) + car, laptop, mobile, pension, healthcare & 24 day's holiday
Territory: South West & South Wales - Somerset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall
Selling: Decorative rain-screen cladding / fibre cement weatherboards and fa??ades
Customers: National house builders, regional developers, housing associations and architects

THE ROLE - Area Specification Sales Manager:

• Inheriting an established and well performing area, with a cracking project bank, that has only become available through promotion
• Securing residential new-build projects, for a leading range of external decorative rain-screen cladding
• Tracking and winning projects with national house builders and larger regional developers
• Whist equally working with the associated architects and contractors related to each project
• Projects won will be back-sold through an established network of national merchants and distributors

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

• A field sales professional with a proven track record within the construction industry
• Ideally you will already have experience working with national house builders and regional developers
• Although field sales professional with a general specification background will be equally received
• You will be professional and structured, whilst equally proactive and target driven in your sales approach
