Lettings Negotiator

Due to continued success and increasing demand for their properties, they are now looking to acquire the services of a Lettings negotiator who is keen to develop their career.

You will be responsible for assisting landlords to let their properties and find tenants homes to rent. You will be required to undertake a wide variety of duties including: liaising with landlords, tenants and prospective clients, conducting viewings and providing guidance of the lettings process, offering advice on potential rental values, marketing and promoting new properties, preparing tenancy agreements, overseeing reference and credit checks, negotiating between landlord and tenant, and assist with any other duties required within the role.

To apply for this role, it is essential that you have at least 2+ years' experience working within residential lettings, have knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation, be able to prioritise workload, work independently as well as part of a team, have a full driving licence and live within 40 minutes of Cambridge.

In return our client is willing to offer a basic salary of GBP18,000 - GBP22,000, depending on experience, plus commission after probationary period. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.30pm, Saturday working is required on a rota basis, 1 in 4, 9am - 1pm.
